Available Jobs:
Social Media Associate (Full-Time):
Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfill online orders by physically pulling products from the sales floor in a timely manner, printing shipping label, packing items securely to avoid damage and closing out items in Shopify admin
- Provide expert-level customer service for online orders and help troubleshoot customer issues with site and/or delivered products
- Manage all product information on Shopify, ensuring accurate product descriptions and photos that meet Sunset & Co’s e-commerce standards
- Maintain accurate organization and categorization of online products and their collections
- Assist with all social media activity to include daily Instagram feed posts and 10+ Instagram story posts per day – with a goal of elevating and strengthening the Sunset & Co. brand and always positioning products at their best
- Respond in a timely manner to daily Direct Messages from customers on Instagram and Facebook with answers to product questions
Skills & Requirements:
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including a Saturday OR Sunday
- Ability to operate computers, social media platforms, and POS system (with training)
- Must possess expert verbal and written communication skills, including beginning computer proficiency
- Ability to work cooperatively with employees and customers
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to review spreadsheets and numbers with ease and confidence
Experience and Education:
- We prioritize a friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to learn above experience and education!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years in retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not necessary
Home & Gift Salesperson (Full-Time):
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide helpful and friendly customer service regarding kitchen/housewares related products, dining, entertaining, fashion accessories and gifts.
- Restock merchandise from previous day sales.
- Merchandise assigned product lines by ensuring fixtures are appropriate, stock levels are full sales floor (moved from back-stock), clean products/fixtures in assigned area as needed.
- Continually follow up with assigned vendors and sales representatives on outstanding product orders to ensure timely delivery of reordered products.
- Coordinate special orders of products at customers' request for assigned product lines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to be mobile on the salesfloor for extended periods of time and to lift/mobilize medium to large items, up to 35 lbs.

- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with employees and customers

Preferred Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years in retail sales, customer service, or supervisory experience
